Our homemade croquettes are made with light and delicate crepes that are filled with a delicious mushroom and sauerkraut mixture.

Cooking Instructions
Polana Croquettes (“Krokiety”) are pre-cooked and simply need to be warmed to enjoy.
For Best Quality, set oven to 350F and place the croquettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2 inches apart. Heat through for about 10-12 minutes.
- Croquettes Serving Tips:
Mushroom & Sauerkraut Croquettes are traditionally enjoyed with a cup of hot clear beet soup. Try them with our fresh, Homemade Red Barszcz soup or our instant Red Barszcz!
